    Welcome to Fit925! My fitness journey began over a decade ago when I weighed 220 pounds with 40% body fat. Like many, I struggled with the overwhelming and often conflicting information about fitness and weight loss. After countless attempts and hitting multiple plateaus, I realized the value of a personalized approach. Hiring a personal trainer changed my life by tailoring workouts to my specific goals and needs, inspiring me to dive deeper into the science of fitness.

    I am now an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE Nutrition Specialist, with a focus on combining fitness and intermittent fasting to help others achieve sustainable weight loss. This unique approach, which I call the F and F Method, has been transformative for individuals struggling with obesity or weight management. By targeting the root causes of fat gain—hormonal imbalance and inactivity—I help clients not only lose weight but also build lifelong healthy habits.

    With a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a full-time career as an engineer, I understand the challenges of balancing a busy schedule with fitness goals. That’s why I founded Fit925: to provide personalized, effective, and affordable fitness and nutrition coaching for those with demanding lifestyles.

    • Fasting Guidance: Step-by-step support for intermittent fasting, depending on your preferences and goals.

    • Nutrition Coaching: As an ACE Nutrition Specialist, I’ll provide guidance on what to eat during your eating window, focusing on nutrient-dense, satisfying meals to fuel your workouts and support weight loss.
